While CNN celebrates “gay pride” with its pro-homosexual special program “Gary and Tony Have a Baby,” hosted by Soledad O’Brien, high-profile conservatives, two Fox News personalities, Tucker Carlson and Margaret Hoover, have joined in the national effort to promote the cause of “alternative lifestyles.”
Mr. Carlson, who edits The Daily Caller – - a conservative newsletter, is the scheduled keynote dinner speaker at a September meeting of the Log Cabin Republicans, a group of militant homosexuals who have filed suit against the Pentagon’s policy of excluding open and active homosexuals from military service.
He is also a fellow of the Cato Institute, which supports gay rights and same-sex marriages.
Ms. Hoover serves on the advisory council of GOProud, a so-called “gay conservative” group whose chairman, Christopher R. Barron, has a history of working for “centrist Republicans.”
She has appeared on “The O’Reilly Factor” FNC program to promote President Obama’s proposed repeal of the Pentagon’s homosexual exclusion policy and has written an article for the FOXNews.com website expressing her belief that there is a right to gay marriage in the U.S. Constitution.
Ms. Hoover sits on the board of the American Foundation for Equal Rights, an organization supported by Hollywood liberals committed to gay marriage and the “gay rights struggle.”
Tammy Bruce, another Fox News Channel political contributor, serves the openly gay chair of the GOProud advisory council and promotes the Independent Gay Forum, a network of so-called gay conservatives and libertarians.
GOProud is the same group whose inclusion in the Conservative Political Action Conference by David Keene of the American Conservative Union outraged many conservatives who hold a philosophy of limited government and support for traditional values.
Other leading Republican conservatives support GOProud, including Grover Norquist, who served as the Chairman of the National Rifle Association.
Mr. Norquist, the head of Americans for Tax Reform, has been a leading proponent of Muslim organizations in the United States, including the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR).
The gay rights movement was founded in the U.S. by Communist Harry Hay and has been traditionally associated with liberal and left-wing organizations, as well as the national Democratic Party. Hay, a self-described “Radical Fairy,” promoted pedophilia and participated in meetings of the North American Man-Boy Love Association.
American Conservatives have presented themselves as upholders of the Judeo-Christian tradition which opposed homosexuality as a perversion of natural law.

“When you continue having a lot of food distributions, you lower the price of food so that people can’t trade, and it disrupts markets, basically,” UNICEF nutrition aide Erin Boyd told CBS News.
Another reason Haiti wants an end to the aid is because desperately poor residents, who were not devastated by the earthquake, have now moved into refugee camps to receive the free food, shelter, clothing, healthcare, and a multitude of additional social services, even relief workers say.
One consequence of the cut-back on aid is that relief food that already has been shipped to the island will be sent to warehouses for future disasters — a practice the U.S. Agency for International Development calls “pre-positioning.”
The nearly $15 billion in aid that has poured in and been pledged to Haiti since the January 12 earth quake that killed more than 220,000 people and left 1.3 million homeless has also vastly increased corruption and crime, CBS News said.
“There are reports of gangs intercepting aid and selling food on the black market with impunity from high-ranking officials,” the network reported.
The United Nations Thursday launched a Web site intended to track the money pledged to Haiti by the international community.
The French and English site, www.refondation.ht, will promote efficient spending while “ensuring transparency and accountability” in the use of the money, a U.N. statement said.
The U.S. military is to end its formal earthquake relief mission in Haiti June 1, but the Obama Administration has voiced its intention to continue shipments of aid beyond that date.
Palestinian Prime Minister Salam Fayyad said Saturday that the Palestinian people will celebrate the Holy Fire vigil in Jerusalem next year.
Speaking at the end of Easter celebrations in Bethlehem, Fayyad announced, “Next year, Inshallah (God willing), we shall celebrate in the Church of the Holy Sepulcher in east Jerusalem, the capital of the Palestinian state.”
“Our people, joined by all humanity, will celebrate the creation of the Palestinian independent state on all 1967 borders, a state whose capital shall be Jerusalem,” the Prime Minister added.
The creation of an independent Palestinian state along the 1967 borders has been endorsed by US President Barack Obama and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
“The United States will be vigorously engaged in the pursuit of a two-state solution every step of the way,” she said. “The inevitability of working toward a two state-solution is inescapable.”
During his address last year at The University of Cairo, Mr. Obama said that the United States would not turn its back on the “legitimate” Palestinian aspiration for a state. He told the Islamic crowd that the creation of an independent Palestinian state, with Jerusalem as its capital, represents the “only resolution” to the conflict with Israel.
In his Easter Virgil speech, Mr. Fayyad further said: “The Palestinian state is being built these days brick by brick, step by step and we continue to broaden services for our people to fortify its standing, especially in the areas which have been damaged by the fence and the settlements.”

According to Christian tradition, Jesus was crucified and buried at the site and the fire burns above his grave on the Saturday before Easter.
Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), the leading Islamic organization in Indonesia with 30 million members, sanctioned pedophilia this weekend at its 32nd Congress, ruling that Muslim men may marry prepubescent girls as young as six, and also gave its stamp of approval on female genital mutilation.
The NU clerics ruled that female circumcision should not only be viewed as “sunnah” or “recommended but should be made mandatory throughout the Islamic world.
Several of the Sunni clerics in attendance offered suggestions that midwives and handmaids should employ while conducting partial clitoridectomies.
“Don’t cut too much. Just cut the small skin on the tip of the clitoris. Otherwise, a woman would lose her sexuality, and you males don’t like that to happen, do you?” prominent cleric KH Mohammad Masyhuri Naim told a press conference.
Mr. Masyhuri, who is also a member of NU Suriah (lawmaking body), said that a proper female circumcision should not cause any damage to woman genitals. “No bleeding, if you do it properly.”
He suggested that circumcision should be conducted on a female baby at the age of 7 days.
The NU religious leader also took an example of mass female circumcision in Bandung in the past which had triggered opposition from many Islam communities, some of which then considered female circumcision haram.
“That was not a good example of the way to conduct a female circumcision. The bad thing was that the media had blown the issue out of proportion,” Mr.Masyhuri said.

The Center further states that remains unlikely that a girl or woman experiencing complications from undergoing female genital mutilation will receive health care “because the fear of legal repercussions would be too strong.”
Although female genital mutilation is illegal under federal law, only seventeen states have passed legislation that criminalizes the practice on minors and children.

Members of Jewish groups in Canada said a curiosity shop in Montreal should not be selling a bar of soap allegedly made from Holocaust victims.
Alice Herscovitch, director of the Holocaust Center in Montreal, criticized the owner of the local shop for selling bars of Holocause soap, saying “this individual, and others like him, are not preserving history in any way,” the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation reported Friday.
“The sale of objects which glorify Nazism and hatred, to me, do nothing. They certainly don’t help us remember,” she added.
The shop owner, whose identity and store name were not released, insists the soap is a way to remember the World War II genocide that claimed the lives of millions of Jewish people.
The CBC said the bar of soap, reportedly made from the fat of Holocaust victims, is inscribed with a swastika and is featured with a card reading “Poland 1940.”
“It’s just offensive to the core,” said Anita Bromberg, chief legal counsel for B’nai Brith Canada, a Jewish service organization. “I can’t imagine that someone would even pretend to say they’re collecting it for historical interest.”

In a gesture of contempt, President Barack Obama walked out of his meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu to have dinner in private.
Mr. Obama also refused to pose for photographs with the Prime Minister.
The rude reception Mr. Netanyahu encountered in the White House, according to The Washinton Post, was “unheard of.” a head of government to visit the White House and not pose for photographers is rare.
“It was awful,” a US congressman told the Post.
One Israeli newspaper called the meeting “a hazing in stages”, poisoned by such mistrust that the Israeli delegation eventually left rather than risk being eavesdropped on a White House telephone line. Another said that the Prime Minister had received “the treatment reserved for the President of Equatorial Guinea”.
Abandoned by Mr. Obama, Mr. Netanyahu and his aides gathered their papers and flow charts for a hasty return flight to Israel.
Mr. Obama’s statement of contempt was prompted by Mr. Netanyahu’s approval of new Jewish settlements in east Jerusalem – - an area that the White House wishes to bequeth to the Muslim Palestinians. “
Robert Gibbs, the White House press secretary, neglected to deny claims that the meeting amounted to a dressing down of Israel’s Prime Minister for his refusal to freeze new Jewish settlements – - a refusal which Mr. Obama believes is a stumbling block to Middle East peace negotiations.
Mr. Netanyahu has to try to square the rigorous demands of the Obama Administration with his nationalist, ultra-Orthodox coalition partners, who want him to stand up to Washington even though Israel needs US backing in confronting the threat of a nuclear Iran.
“The Prime Minister leaves America disgraced, isolated and altogether weaker than when he came,” the Israeli daily newspaper Haaretz said.

The problem comes with the advanced imaging technology (AIT) units that are being installed at airports throughout the country.
The Last Crusade has discovered that the color negative images produced by the AITs can be removed from the units by airport security attendants and reversed by any geek with Photoshop or a similar software package so that a full-body nude image of the subject will appear.
Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Napolitano announced the first 11 airports to receive such units which have been purchased with American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funds.
Ms. Napolitano claims the AITs will strength security at airports throughout the country while “boosting local economies.”
But no security will be in place to prevent the removal or copying of the negative images.

Muslims are enjoined against advanced imaging technology by a fatwa or religious ruling from the Islamic Council of North America which forbids Muslims from undergoing the full body scans.
The fatwa states: “It is a violation of clear Islamic teachings that men or women be seen naked by other men and women. Islam highly emphasizes haya (modesty) and considers it part of faith. The Quran has commanded the believers, both men and women, to cover their private parts.”
This ruling has been endorsed by the Council for American-Islamic Relations (CAIR).
In keeping with the ruling, the United State Transportation Security Agency (TSA) has agreed to make full body scanning option for all passengers – - Muslims or otherwise. On its website, the TSA says: “Passengers who do not wish to utilize this screening will receive an equal level of screening, including a physical pat-down.”
Other questions concern the fact that the devices have been purchased as a result of the Recovery Act and the possibility that the images – - including full body images of young children – - may be used for nefarious purposes.

Canadian immigration officials say there’s little they can do to stop the “child brides” of Muslim men from gaining entry into the country.
Canadian Muslim men, often 60 years or older, often marry young girls – - some prepubescent – - in arranged marriages abroad. They then serve as sponsors for their “child brides” to gain Canadian residency and citizenship.
Canadian authorities say they cannot prevent the practice and can only request an official delay upon the approval of sponsorship until the girls turn 16.
The marriages of men to young girls – - even children who are premenstrual – - are sanctioned by Sharia Law. The Prophet Muhammad wed Aisha, when she was six, and deflowered her at nine. The three year hiatus before the deflowering was precipitated by the fact that Aisha developed a serious skin condition.
The Canadian officials say some of the child brides, often as young as 10, are forced to marry in such Islamic countries as Afghanistan, Iran, Pakistan, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, and the Palestinian Authority.
In classified documents, Canadian visa officer Steve Bulmer says he refused to allow one Pakistani man to sponsor his 15-year-old bride in August 2009.
“I can find no section (of law) that states the marriage is ‘invalid’ or ‘void,’” Bulmer wrote in e-mails obtained by lawyer Richard Kurland under Access of Information. “I am afraid the age does not invalidate the marriage even if it is illegal to marry.”
Mr. Kurland maintains there’s little that can be done to stop Canadians from marrying child brides. “A 15-year-old bride doesn’t void a marriage,” he says, arguing that the practice has been going on for years and represents “a concrete loophole that can’t be fixed.”
“A child marriage is punishable but it does not render the marriage invalid,” Abdul Hameed of the Canadian embassy in Islamabad says.
Canadian officials quoting an Afghanistan Law of Marriages say in some countries it is “customary for young females to wed men considerably older, especially if the man is in a position of financial or social power.”
According to the Afghan law and similar Islamic laws, it is not uncommon for marriages between first cousins or extended family members
WHITE EUROPEANS NOW THE ENEMY!
In her annual report on human rights, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton takes to task white Europeans for manifesting increased discrimination against Muslims.
Mrs. Clinton and her staff denounce not only Switzerland for its ban on the construction of new minarets but also the restrictions on wearing burqas and head scarves in France, Germany, and the Netherlands.
The report turns a harsh eye on the Netherlands, where Muslims number about 850,000, and criticizes the insensitive Dutch Prosecutor’s Office for dismissing complaints over the dissemination of a series of controversial cartoons, including those of a Danish artist depicting the Prophet Mohammed, and determining that the cartoons were neither offensive to Muslims as a group nor the cause of discrimination against Islam.
The contents of the report, which have failed to capture widespread national attention, also decry the authorities in Denmark for continuing to provide protection to Kurt Westergaard.
This criticism has caused some political analysts, including Edward Hopkins, to wonder if Mrs. Clinton and the State Department are calling upon the Danes to allow the irate Muslims, who assassinated Theo Van Gogh, to behead Mr. Westergaard.
Other pronouncements in the report are equally provocative.
Mrs. Clinton and the drafters of the report censor the Austrian Education Ministry for refusing to recognize the Alevi association – - reportedly a group comprised of Islamic militants – - as either a religious society or a religious community on the grounds that the state already officially recognizes one Muslim group: the Islamic Belief Community.
They further condemn the United Kingdom for its “Terrorism Act,” which imposes a range of restrictions on individuals suspected of terrorism-related activities.
“Discrimination against Muslims,” the report proclaims, “is an increasing concern.”
The report has little to say about the expulsion and persecution of Christians in Iran; the genital mutilation of women and children in Somalia and other Muslim countries, and virulent anti-Christian and Jewish rhetoric in mosques within Europe and throughout the world.
Nor did the report address the realization that every conflict throughout the world, from Chechnya to China, from Indonesia to India, from Afghanistan to Argentina, from Somalia to the Sudan, and from the Balkans to the Philippines, involves a manifestation of Islam.
Throughout her career, Mrs. Clinton has been an ardent admirer and defender of Islam. On one occasion, she praised Islam for its “universal values – - love of family and community, mutual respect, education, and the deepest yearning of all – - to live in peace – - values that can strengthen us as people and strengthen the United States as a nation.”
