While CNN celebrates “gay pride” with its pro-homosexual special program “Gary and Tony Have a Baby,” hosted by Soledad O’Brien, high-profile conservatives, two Fox News personalities, Tucker Carlson and Margaret Hoover, have joined in the national effort to promote the cause of “alternative lifestyles.”

Mr. Carlson, who edits The Daily Caller – - a conservative newsletter, is the scheduled keynote dinner speaker at a September meeting of the Log Cabin Republicans, a group of militant homosexuals who have filed suit against the Pentagon’s policy of excluding open and active homosexuals from military service.

He is also a fellow of the Cato Institute, which supports gay rights and same-sex marriages.

Ms. Hoover serves on the advisory council of GOProud, a so-called “gay conservative” group whose chairman, Christopher R. Barron, has a history of working for “centrist Republicans.”

She has appeared on “The O’Reilly Factor” FNC program to promote President Obama’s proposed repeal of the Pentagon’s homosexual exclusion policy and has written an article for the FOXNews.com website expressing her belief that there is a right to gay marriage in the U.S. Constitution.

Ms. Hoover sits on the board of the American Foundation for Equal Rights, an organization supported by Hollywood liberals committed to gay marriage and the “gay rights struggle.”

Tammy Bruce, another Fox News Channel political contributor, serves the openly gay chair of the GOProud advisory council and promotes the Independent Gay Forum, a network of so-called gay conservatives and libertarians.

GOProud is the same group whose inclusion in the Conservative Political Action Conference by David Keene of the American Conservative Union outraged many conservatives who hold a philosophy of limited government and support for traditional values.

Other leading Republican conservatives support GOProud, including Grover Norquist, who served as the Chairman of the National Rifle Association.

Mr. Norquist, the head of Americans for Tax Reform, has been a leading proponent of Muslim organizations in the United States, including the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR).

The gay rights movement was founded in the U.S. by Communist Harry Hay and has been traditionally associated with liberal and left-wing organizations, as well as the national Democratic Party. Hay, a self-described “Radical Fairy,” promoted pedophilia and participated in meetings of the North American Man-Boy Love Association.

American Conservatives have presented themselves as upholders of the Judeo-Christian tradition which opposed homosexuality as a perversion of natural law.

Pope Benedict’s favorable rating has dropped sharply in the United States over his handling of clergy sex abuse cases in Europe, a poll suggested.

The pope’s favorable rating dropped from 63 percent in a Gallup poll taken two years ago to 40 percent in a Gallup poll released Wednesday.

The pontiff’s rating deteriorated about equally among Roman Catholics and non-Roman Catholics interviewed for the poll, Gallup said.

Pope Benedict XVI’s predecessor, Pope John Paul II, also saw his U.S. favorable ratings drop in 2002 over his handling of clergy sex abuse allegations.

But Pope John Paul’s favorable rating never dropped below 63 percent and improved to a favorable rating of 78 percent before his death in April 2005, Gallup said.

The poll was based on telephone interviews with a random sample of 1,033 U.S. adults conducted March 26-28, 2010. The poll had a margin of error of 4 percentage points.

Gallup also reported that attendance at Catholic services has also experienced a precipitious decline. 75% of the Catholics in America attended Mass at least once a week in 1960. Fifty years later that number has fallen to 40%.

To compensate for the decline, many parishes are now offering “quickie Masses” which only last for 15 minutes.

These Masses, which represent the Roman Catholic adaptation of the McDonald’s syndrome, became popular in Ireland and have taken root in parishes throughout the US.

Thanks to Janet Napolitano and the Obama Administration, naked pictures of you and your children may pop up on the Internet.

This warning only applies to law-abiding Christians, Jews, and Hindus.

Muslims and their kids will be spared such humiliation.

The problem comes with the advanced imaging technology (AIT) units that are being installed at airports throughout the country.

The Last Crusade has discovered that the color negative images produced by the AITs can be removed from the units by airport security attendants and reversed by any geek with Photoshop or a similar software package so that a full-body nude image of the subject will appear.

Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Napolitano announced the first 11 airports to receive such units which have been purchased with American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funds.

Ms. Napolitano claims the AITs will strength security at airports throughout the country while “boosting local economies.”

But no security will be in place to prevent the removal or copying of the negative images.

The cellphone of your TSA interrogator can broadcast your child’s photo in a split-second.

Your little girl – - fully nude – - may soon appear on the computer screen of such a pedophile.

Muslims are enjoined against advanced imaging technology by a fatwa or religious ruling from the Islamic Council of North America which forbids Muslims from undergoing the full body scans.

The fatwa states: “It is a violation of clear Islamic teachings that men or women be seen naked by other men and women. Islam highly emphasizes haya (modesty) and considers it part of faith. The Quran has commanded the believers, both men and women, to cover their private parts.”

This ruling has been endorsed by the Council for American-Islamic Relations (CAIR).

In keeping with the ruling, the United State Transportation Security Agency (TSA) has agreed to make full body scanning option for all passengers – - Muslims or otherwise. On its website, the TSA says: “Passengers who do not wish to utilize this screening will receive an equal level of screening, including a physical pat-down.”

Other questions concern the fact that the devices have been purchased as a result of the Recovery Act and the possibility that the images – - including full body images of young children – - may be used for nefarious purposes.

Ms. Napolitano appears to be oblivious to such concerns.

“By accelerating the deployment of this technology, we are enhancing our capability to detect and disrupt threats of terrorism across the nation,” Ms. Napolitano said. “These 11 airports will be the first of many to receive this enhanced technology as a result of the Recovery Act.”

Hundreds of people walked out of a Roman Catholic Church in the Netherlands Sunday to protest church policy against giving communion to homosexuals, organizers said.

Sunday’s protest at Sint-Jan church in ‘s-Hertogenbosch came about one month after a priest in the nearby town of Reusel declined to give communion to a practicing gay man, the BBC reported.

Holy Communion is a sacrament in the Catholic Church, in which communicants partake bread and wine which they believe has been transformed into the body and blood of Jesus Christ. By canon law, a priest is forbidden to administer the sacrament to anyone in a state of mortal.

Homosexuality, throughout the ages, has been viewed as a grievous transgression by Catholics and other Christians. This teaching is upheld by the Old and New Testaments. Leviticus states: “You shall not lie with a man as with a woman” (18:22) and prescribes a death penalty for anyone who engages in such acts. In Romans, St. Paul also condemns such acts as “vile” and un-natural” (1: 26-27). Throughout much of Catholic history, sins of this nature were considered so grave that they could only be absolved by a bishop.

But scripture and tradition failed to hold sway in Holland.

After the church in ‘s-Hertogenbosch refused to administer communion during mass Sunday, protesters walked out, shouting and singing, the BBC said.

In 2001, Holland became the first country to legalize same-sex marriage.

The gay activist who was refused communion in Reusel said he wanted to be treated the same as other Catholic congregants — saying if he is refused communion because he is a sinner, other sinners of all kinds should also be banned from receiving the sacrament.
